My Journey

My professional journey began in 1985 when I served the Indian Navy as a Class I Gazetted Officer in various positions on warships and shore establishments. During this time, I specialized in telecommunications, electronic warfare, and radar systems. My tenure in the Indian Navy laid the foundation for my commitment to excellence, teamwork, and results-driven leadership.

After transitioning from the Indian Navy, I entered the world of entrepreneurship, providing turnkey networking and software solutions to the Indian Navy, Indian Army, and large corporations. This experience helped me sharpen my skills in information technology and further fuelled my passion for driving business growth and development.

Over the years, I have held multiple leadership positions, including CEO of Synergy Education International Pvt. Ltd., Director of Business Excellence at Neo Corp International Ltd., and currently, CEO of Delraf Technologies Pvt. Ltd. I have also served as a management consultant and advisor for various startups, guiding them from inception to successful product launches and initial traction.

Throughout my career, I have honed my expertise in a wide range of areas, including:

• Management: Organization development, human resource excellence, and change management
• Operations: Operational excellence, SOPs, QSPs, policies, agile project management, and Theory of Constraints (TOC) application
• Information Technology: Networking, web services, web software concept, logic and development, and ISMS

Additionally, I am an effective trainer, mentor, advisor, and seasoned speaker, always eager to share my knowledge and experience with others.

Academic Qualifications and Certifications

I hold a PGDM in International Trade Management from IEM, a BSc from Bhopal University, and numerous certifications in human resources, psychometric testing, leadership, and information security management.

Giving Back to the Community

As a member of the CII HR Task Force, I actively contribute to shaping human resources policies and practices. I am also a frequent keynote speaker at CII events, guest speaker at colleges, and facilitator of workshops and seminars with Indore Management Association.
